We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to be a key member of the Product & Client team, working closely with our clients throughout the implementation of our mobile-first platform and post-implementation to help them maximize the value they realize from Yaro. You will be getting in on the ground floor to not only build best-in-class consumer digital products but also build our company.

In your role as a client success manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients. Part coach, business analyst, project manager, and strategic adviser, you are continually focused on helping our clients and users improve the benefits they reap from working with Yaro’s platform and digital products. About Your Responsibilities

  • Project manage our client implementations and continue the relationship post-launch as the main point of contact for our clients and users to triage issues, answer questions, and position them for success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure project timelines are met, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities to add value for our clients
  • Assist clients with marketing and communications to their members that encourage adoption of the Yaro platform
  • Become a Yaro product expert, knowing every user journey, capability, and feature like the back of your hand so you can coach clients/users in getting the most out of our product. You’ll even get to assist with product strategy, product roadmap, and competitive analysis as needed.
  • Constantly innovate and identify ways we can consistently delighting our customers
  • Success looks like maintaining high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty

About You in the Role

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (experience is important)
  • Client-facing experience, preferably within technology/software delivery projects
  • Overall solid, on-the-ground experience in areas such as project management, account management, business analysis, and/or change management (marketing, communications, training, etc.) 
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills – You will interact with Yaro’s clients, internal teams, and leadership on a regular basis. Do you know how to deftly navigate competing interests and communication on multiple levels? 
  • Track record of managing projects through the full life cycle, from definition to post-launch
  • Gift for prioritizing  work based on business and customer impact
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment – No task is deemed “not my job”, but you’re also not afraid to ask for help
  • You lean towards a process-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • You get embarrassingly excited about Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • HealthTech and/or FinTech industry experience a huge bonus
