We are looking for an experienced Client Implementation Manager to be a key member of the product team, working cross-functionally between product design, the engineering team, and clients to deliver a superior mobile healthcare experience. In your role as a Client Implementation Manager, you’ll be on the front lines every day as a trusted adviser for our clients. Part coach, business analyst, strategic adviser, project manager, and product expert, you are continually focused on helping our clients improve the benefits they reap from working with Yaro’s platform and digital products. What You Might Do in Your First Year

Lead the delivery/implementation of Yaro’s mobile-first digital consumer platform with a portfolio of clients, which may include health plans, health systems/providers, and enterprise employers. This means:

  • Gathering business/functional requirements from clients
  • Delivering these requirements while managing issues and escalations
  • Developing metrics for success/ROI based on each client’s goals and review progress on a regular basis
  • Producing marketing and communication toolkits for clients to drive consumer engagement.

Success looks like maintaining high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.


Become a Yaro product expert, knowing every user journey, capability, and feature like the back of your hand. You’ll even get to assist with product strategy, product roadmap, and competitive analysis as needed.


Bridge the gap between Yaro’s product, design, and engineering teams to ensure all requirements are built and delivered upon. You will be helping to ensure the product vision becomes reality.


Collaborate with Yaro leadership to manage and grow business within the client portfolio.

About You in the Role

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (experience is important)
  • Client-facing experience, preferably within technology/software delivery projects on requirements gathering, building, and deploying software
  • Overall solid, on-the-ground experience in areas such as project management, product management, business analysis, user experience, testing, and/or change management (marketing, communications, training, etc.)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills – You will interact with Yaro’s clients, end-users, and leadership on a regular basis. Do you know how to deftly navigate competing interests and communication on multiple levels?
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment – No task is deemed “not my job”, but you’re also not afraid to ask for help
  • You lean towards a process-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. We’d especially love it if you have a basic understanding of Agile and Scrum
  • You get embarrassingly excited about Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Our product is highly technical and your role will definitely be a lot easier if you have some kind of tech background, especially with SQL
  • HealthTech and/or FinTech industry experience preferred
